OTDS is dedicated to the production and promulgation of electronic resources for use in historical research and teaching. To this end it is our intention to make authoritative editions of important texts, fully referenced transcripts of manuscripts and other materials available through this website.

Rawley's biography of Bacon.
Gloucestershire Miscellany
A collection of miscellaneous materials relating to the history of early modern Gloucestershire.
It is our policy that these materials are provided freely for non-commercial use. We welcome feedback on their design and content. We are also interested in receiving suggestions for future projects.
OTDS are able to provide advice on the creation of electronic resources and can undertake production work on your behalf.
If you would like a copy of any materials on CD-ROM, this service can be provided at a reasonable cost.
